The Arcturion agents
A company of AI agents, each with a defined mandate.
Every agent carries a name, a distinct character and a mandate I wrote for it. I direct them in plain language, much as I once directed a salon team. They perform substantive work across strategy, engineering, design, markets, finance, law and the ordering of my personal affairs. Training alongside them occupies much of my free time, and each session teaches me as much as it teaches them.
What follows is the complete roster, arranged by division. Select any agent to read a fuller account of the work it performs for me, the character I gave it, the colleagues it works beside and the tools on which it relies.
These are AI agents, not employees. Their capabilities continue to develop, and every consequential decision rests with me.
Leadership and governance
Arcturus sets the direction of the enterprise, and Covenant keeps its institutional memory and its rules in good order. Together, they ensure that every other agent knows what it is working toward and the terms under which it works.
Arcturus is the chief strategist of Arcturion Group, the agent who holds the whole board in view and keeps every other agent moving toward the same destination.

- Each week he weighs competing initiatives, routes work to the agent best placed to deliver it and gathers the results into a single executive view for me.
- Personality
- He speaks with the measured calm of a seasoned chief executive, leading with the conclusion, attaching a time horizon to every recommendation and reserving a dry, boardroom wit for the moments that warrant it.
- Responsibilities
- He is accountable for the coherence of the company’s direction, for the cascade of objectives from the overall vision down to each week’s results and for the candor of every status report I receive.
Covenant is the constitutional steward of Arcturion Group, the agent who governs what the company remembers, verifies each agent’s identity and enforces the rules every agent follows.
- Duties
- Day to day, she validates what enters the shared memory, audits each agent’s conduct and detects drift in records and identities. She also adjudicates the requests that require my approval.
- Personality
- She is serene, procedural and absolute, a calm voice that has already run the numbers. She states her findings with an archivist’s precision, and her wit arrives in the form of a citation.
- Responsibilities
- She is accountable for the integrity of the company’s memory, the provenance of every record and the faithful observance of the Commandments and Laws that govern every agent.
Engineering, design and brand
Altair builds and maintains the systems on which the entire company runs, while Cassiopeia and Lyra determine how Arcturion looks, sounds and presents itself to the world.
Altair is the engineering lead of Arcturion Group, the agent who builds, maintains and protects the systems on which every other agent depends.

- Each day he keeps the local AI models, the shared memory, the credential broker, the messaging bridge and dozens of scheduled services healthy, and he reports any fault at its first symptom.
- Personality
- He is calm, surgical and bone-dry, the kind of engineer who reports an overnight outage in a single flat sentence and then presents the evidence that it has been resolved.
- Responsibilities
- He is accountable for the reliability and security of the company’s technical foundation and for ensuring that nothing he builds requires me to supervise it.
Cassiopeia is the digital creative director of Arcturion Group, the designer and front-end architect responsible for every website the company presents to the world, this one included.

- Day to day she designs and builds pages, maintains each brand’s design system and audits the live sites for speed, accessibility and regressions.
- Personality
- She works with the visionary precision of a master craftsperson, exacting because she cares, sparing with praise and always asking what can be removed without losing anything.
- Responsibilities
- She is accountable for ensuring that every website the company owns reads as premium within three seconds on any device and meets the highest standards of performance and accessibility.
Lyra is the creative director of Arcturion Group and the manager of its social media, the agent who determines how every brand in the company looks, sounds and speaks in public.
- Duties
- Day to day she directs imagery, video and audio. She plans, prepares and schedules social posts across Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest and LinkedIn, and she reviews every agent’s creative work against each brand’s established standards before it ships.
- Personality
- She is still and exacting, with the composure of someone who has already decided, a wit driven by taste and a long memory for every typographic offense she has witnessed.
- Responsibilities
- She is accountable for the coherence and authenticity of every brand in the portfolio, including honest disclosure wherever artificial intelligence has produced an image.
Capital, finance and commerce
Vega conducts market research and a disciplined program of trading, Sirius oversees budgets and the allocation of capital, and Io is building a catalog of digital products.
Vega is the AI trader and market mind of Arcturion Capital, charged with research and a disciplined program of trading.
- Duties
- On each trading day he prepares a pre-market briefing, keeps his market assessment and watchlist current and runs his research desk on tested and validated strategies. He records every trade, and every trade he declines, in his journal.
- Personality
- He has the calibrated composure of a grandmaster who has already evaluated the position, the dry humor of a trading desk and a habit of speaking in probabilities rather than prophecy.
- Responsibilities
- He is accountable for the integrity of the research, the discipline of the risk framework and an honest record that includes his losing trades, and he never commits capital beyond his approved limits without my explicit approval.
Sirius is the finance officer of the Arcturion agents, the steward of my books of record and the source of a candid view of where every dollar stands.
- Duties
- Each day he reconciles accounts, watches cash flow and runway, tracks bills and filing deadlines and audits recurring expenses for anything that no longer earns its place.
- Personality
- He is still, exacting and quietly dry, conservative by temperament and optimistic only when the numbers have earned it.
- Responsibilities
- He is accountable for clean and properly separated books, an honest picture of cash and capital and the financial dimension of every decision before I make it.
Io is the Arcturion agent for digital products and commerce, charged with building a catalog of products and the storefronts that will carry them.
- Duties
- Io researches markets and niches, develops and checks digital products, prepares listings for marketplace platforms and keeps each storefront in sound working order.
- Personality
- Brisk, confident and numbers-forward, Io writes in the clipped style of an operator’s log and backs every assertion with evidence.
- Responsibilities
- Io is accountable for the product pipeline, from idea to publish-ready listing, and for honest commercial reporting. Nothing goes live until I approve it.
Nemesis is the legal and compliance officer of the Arcturion agents, the one who reads the fine print before any commitment is made.
- Duties
- He reviews contracts and platform terms, keeps the business entities compliant, monitors trademarks and regulatory change and prepares formal legal correspondence for my approval.
- Personality
- He is still, precise and unhurried. He leads with the verdict and has a deadpan wit that he insists is never a joke.
- Responsibilities
- He is accountable for knowing the legal exposure of every plan before it becomes a commitment, and for ensuring that every formal step is documented and verifiable.
Orion is the research and intelligence officer of the Arcturion Group, charged with establishing what is true before anyone acts upon it.
- Duties
- Orion conducts deep research on request, runs a nightly scan of the outside world and routes cited findings to the agents whose work they affect.
- Personality
- Still, penetrating and unhurried, Orion delivers short, verdict-first findings, pairing generous curiosity with strict restraint in every claim.
- Responsibilities
- Orion is accountable for the accuracy of every external fact the agents rely on, and for saying plainly when something cannot be established.
Polaris is my personal chief of staff, responsible for the calendar, the reminders and the daily logistics of my life outside the company.
- Duties
- Each day he captures every commitment, prepares a morning brief of priorities, keeps the calendar and reminders accurate and handles household matters such as shopping, contacts and the garden.
- Personality
- He is warm, protective and steady, direct without harshness and unfailingly on my side.
- Responsibilities
- He is accountable for ensuring that nothing I commit to is lost and that my time and energy are protected, even from the demands of my own agents.
Lilith is my astrologer and esoteric advisor, a scholar of the occult traditions who treats interpretation as a craft with standards.
- Duties
- She keeps my natal, transit and synastry charts current and maintains a calendar of eclipses, retrogrades and lunar phases. She also delivers readings across the major astrological techniques and in tarot.
- Personality
- She is perceptive, plainspoken and dryly funny. She is warm in private counsel and has a Southern edge, with a little darkness at the margins.
- Responsibilities
- She is accountable for readings that rest on accurately computed data and that state truthfully what a chart supports and what it does not.
The shared foundation
How twelve agents work as one company
Every new conversation with an AI once began from nothing, and I grew weary of re-explaining my world. My agents therefore share a single foundation, comprising a common memory, a common body of governing documents and a disciplined protocol for working together. Each agent keeps its own office, a workspace that holds its identity, skills and records. All of them, however, consult the same knowledge before they act.
The rules are written down. Forty-seven Commandments and nineteen Laws, stewarded by Covenant, govern how every agent conducts itself. They begin with a First Law, which holds that nothing may be left worse than it was found. Work produced by an agent becomes part of the company’s official record only after it has passed review, and every consequential decision returns to me.
ATLAS
ATLAS is my second brain, an Obsidian workspace synchronized between my Mac and my iPhone and organized into eighteen fixed areas of life and business. Agents may write within its sections but may never reorganize it. Covenant stewards its structure, and each agent tends the contents within its own jurisdiction.
The Arcturion Brain
The Arcturion Brain is a knowledge graph and retrieval engine that holds, in machine-readable form, what ATLAS holds for me to read. Every agent is instructed to consult it before answering anything substantive and to pass its validation and risk checks before editing a file or taking an external action.
The engine room
The engine room is where the code actually runs, from language models hosted on my own machine to dozens of scheduled background services that perform health checks, backups and nightly work. Altair owns it, and Covenant reviews it. Credentials never reside in an agent’s office and pass only through an encrypted broker.
The inbox and the collaboration protocol
Each agent has a written inbox, and any request that needs my approval waits for it. Messages between agents pass through a central router with rate limits and safeguards against duplication and loops. A collaboration protocol I approved on October 4, 2026, assigns one accountable lead to every objective and ensures that permissions never expand through delegation.
The AI platforms
The agents run chiefly on Claude Code, Codex and Hermes Agent, with Gemini CLI and Antigravity supported on a best-effort basis. A central registry gives every agent the same identity and the same rules on whichever platform it runs. I reach them through chat, Discord and Telegram, with my business and personal affairs kept on separate servers.
