The Arcturion Universe · architecture

I have built a company
whose team is largely artificial intelligence.

Its work is organized into six deliberate layers, each with a defined responsibility and a clear boundary. Authority rests at the top, and every consequential decision returns to me.

Six layers · Final authority rests with me

Examine the layers

Select a layer to examine its role. The complete explanation remains available without JavaScript.

Layer 1 · direction

I determine what matters.

I define the objective, examine the plan and judge when the result meets the standard required for release.

In
A problem, its constraints and a clear definition of success.
Out
A precisely scoped task, together with a judgment about which elements require my personal review.
Boundary
An ambiguous objective returns to me for clarification. Review is rigorous, but it is not infallible.

Layer 2 · shared knowledge

No agent begins from nothing.

ATLAS serves as my second brain, a body of notes written for me to read. The Arcturion Brain maps how that knowledge interconnects and supplies each agent with the relevant context at the moment it is needed.

Boundary
Stale information produces weaker answers, so retrieval is evaluated independently.

Layer 3 · specialized agents

Every agent holds a defined mandate.

Each agent is responsible for a distinct portion of the work, guided by explicit instructions and drawing on the same shared knowledge. I address them much as I would address a staff, yet they are AI agents, not people.

Boundary
Agents can be mistaken, so every handoff is verified rather than assumed to be correct.

Layer 4 · authorization

The more consequential the action, the more it requires my approval.

Controls stand between an agent and any action that leaves the organization or cannot be reversed. Decisions of genuine consequence come to me.

Boundary
A rule protects only where it is enforced, and I continue to identify gaps and close them.

Layer 5 · tools

Agents work with real tools and are judged by results.

Connectors such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) allow agents to operate on real files and real services.

Boundary
An attempt is not an accomplishment, and the work must demonstrably succeed.

Layer 6 · evaluation

Every claim is tested before it is trusted.

Evaluation suites combine strict pass-or-fail checks with AI judges, and retrieval is measured by its own dedicated tests.

Boundary
Test samples rotate so that the evaluations remain meaningful over time.

Feedback loop

Every failure strengthens the next build.

Direction sets the course, shared knowledge supplies the context and the tools carry out the work. Results, and failures in particular, inform the very next decision. I have learned considerably more from what broke than from what worked.

This is a simplified representation, not a live dashboard.
