I listen for what remains unspoken.
A request is only the point of departure. Before anything is built, I work to understand the need that lies beneath it.
About the founder
Founder, Arcturion Group · Master Stylist

For more than twenty years my work has centered on understanding people, much of it behind the salon chair. In February 2026 I began building with artificial intelligence, entirely self-taught, and few endeavors have ever commanded my conviction so completely. I believe agentic AI will bring grand visions into physical reality, and I intend to help shape what it becomes.

Master Stylist, former salon owner and founder of Arcturion Group.
Clients rarely arrive with a complete plan. They bring a photograph, a feeling, an impression of something they admired on someone else. My work is to understand what they truly want, often before they can articulate it themselves. Directing AI, it turns out, demands precisely the same discipline.
My career began in retail and appointment scheduling, continued through salon reception and coordination, and eventually led me to hair itself. At Zona Salons I advanced from the front desk to intern to stylist, which taught me the business from both sides. I came to understand the operation that makes each appointment possible as well as the person in the chair, for whom that appointment must mean something.
Hair is deeply personal. A client entrusts you with how they see themselves, and that trust demands attentive listening as well as the candor to say what will work and what will not.
From 2017 to 2024 I owned Konexion Salon in Plymouth, Massachusetts, a studio of three chairs and a treatment room. I worked behind the chair every day while personally managing the books, the marketing and the entire client experience. Every decision had to serve the client, the team and the business at once, an obligation that still governs how I judge any piece of work.
After practicing independently as The Robert Lingoes Hair from December 2024 to December 2025, I joined Fringe Hair Salon in Rockland as a Master Stylist. In February 2026 I began building the Arcturion Universe. My knowledge of artificial intelligence was modest at the outset, and I have taught myself everything I know since. What I did possess was a working command of how to organize people, systems and a business, and that foundation carried me considerably further than I had anticipated.
Today I design AI agents, define their responsibilities and organize the knowledge they use. I shape how work passes between agents, where a tool may be used and when a decision needs my review. I direct AI-assisted implementation, inspect the results and refine the requirements as I learn. This brings together the parts of the work that interest me most: systems design, orchestration and human oversight.
I wanted to be part of this new tech-empowered future, one that helps people and organizations reach their dreams and their highest potential while staying authentic and true to their values.
Lessons from the salon
A request is only the point of departure. Before anything is built, I work to understand the need that lies beneath it.
I set out options, constraints and tradeoffs with clarity, and I am prepared to recommend one with conviction.
Difficult conversations with clients taught me to slow down, identify the true problem and resolve it at its source.
Years of working with shape, balance and color trained my eye to see how each detail serves the whole.
Running a salon taught me that service, finance, marketing and the client experience form a single, inseparable responsibility.
I express each goal as precise requirements and defined roles, then hold everything that returns to that standard.

Entirely self-taught in technology, I design the AI agents, structure the knowledge they share and direct every build.
Education, study & interests
I studied cosmetology at Ailano School of Cosmetology from 2009 to 2011. My continuing professional education includes hairdressing instruction through Aveda, Erin Ray, Pravana, Brazilian Blowout and Living Proof, together with salon business training from Tom Kuhn. Seven years of owning a salon then supplied an education no classroom could, in bookkeeping, marketing, operations and the leadership of a team, each learned by carrying its full weight.
My education in technology has been entirely self-directed, and I am proud of that. Since February 2026 nearly every free moment has gone to reading, absorbing new material, taking notes, training alongside my agents and pursuing personal projects that teach me something I did not know the day before. In this way I have studied artificial intelligence, software architecture, automation, accounting and the financial markets, pursuing each subject one question at a time until I understand it well enough to direct serious work within it.
My curiosity has never been confined to a single field. The subjects I study for the love of them shape how I see, how I design and how I build.
I intend to remain a student for the rest of my life.
See every interest and ventureSelected work
A shared environment in which each of my AI agents holds a defined role and draws on common knowledge, while every consequential decision returns to me for review.
Read the case studyATLAS serves as my second brain, and the Brain guides each agent to the precise portion of it that a task requires. I determine how that knowledge is organized and judge whether what it returns is genuinely useful.
Examine the architectureWhen a new, separate folder system was proposed, I declined it and directed that the work integrate with the libraries we already maintain. The decision was modest, yet it kept the entire system coherent.
Read about the wider projectSeven years of keeping my salon’s books informed an accounting application that explains every figure it produces.
Inspect the recorded demonstrationEvery project here remains a work in progress, and AI writes most of the code. The Finance demonstration runs on sample records rather than actual books.
Approach
I begin by establishing what you genuinely need, which is the problem that lies behind the request.
I then set out the options clearly and tell you which I would choose, and why.
Every component of the work receives a clear owner and a defined responsibility.
Nothing is delivered until I have verified it against what we agreed.
I welcome roles, collaborations and partnerships in which artificial intelligence meets real people and meaningful work. If you are building something of that kind, I would be glad to hear from you.
