# Robert Lingoes
## Independent AI Project Designer | Founder, Arcturion Group

I bring more than 20 years of client-facing work, creative judgment and business ownership to AI workflow design and knowledge organization. I start by understanding what matters, then turn that intention into requirements, responsibilities and work that can be reviewed.

## What I bring

- **Listen and clarify.** Understand the intention behind a request, distinguish preferences from requirements and make expectations clear.
- **Shape a coherent workflow.** Connect people, information and tools; consider how an individual choice affects the whole operation.
- **Review with judgment.** Explain tradeoffs, stay composed in difficult conversations and give specific direction when a result needs to improve.

## Selected independent work

**The Arcturion Universe.** An operating environment connecting specialized agents, organized knowledge and useful tools. My work includes requirements, agent responsibilities, shared context and human review boundaries. [Explore the architecture](https://www.arcturiongroup.com/architecture).

**Arcturion Finance.** A local-first macOS accounting application, developed since June 2026 and informed by salon bookkeeping. The case study includes actual backend outputs from a fictional ledger and disconnected browser captures. These show scoped behavior and interface structure, not verified live banking or accounting correctness. [Inspect the case study](https://www.arcturiongroup.com/work/arcturion-finance).

**Public engineering projects.** Tools for consistent agent instructions, review and code context, connected operations, local model routing and usage visibility. Public source and explicit limitations make the work inspectable. [Explore Technologies](https://www.arcturiongroup.com/technologies).

## Experience behind the work

- **2017-2024:** Owned and operated Konexion Salon in Plymouth, Massachusetts; responsible for bookkeeping, marketing, client service and my own styling practice.
- **December 2025-present:** Master Stylist at Fringe Hair Salon, Rockland, Massachusetts.
- **February 2026-present:** Independent AI Project Designer.

## My role and the tools

I define requirements, shape architecture and workflows, organize context, direct AI-assisted implementation and review results. AI coding tools perform substantial code generation and technical execution. These are independent portfolio builds; they are not presented as proof of customer adoption or independently validated outcomes.

Arcturion Group is the identity for this portfolio. Arcturion Technologies is my personal development project in applied AI, agent systems and automation.

## Talk about the work

Open to conversations with employers, clients and partners about AI implementation, workflow automation, evaluation and systems design.
